1. Service Overview

Tunisia Private Transfer provides private airport transfer and car hire services across Tunisia. By booking a transfer through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings are made through our website booking form or directly via WhatsApp.
  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team on WhatsApp.
  • Please provide accurate pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, and flight details.
  • We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability.

3. Pricing

  • All prices shown on the website are base prices in US Dollars (USD).
  • Prices include the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, and taxes.
  • Additional surcharges may apply for:
    • Night transfers (10 PM – 6 AM): +25%
    • Urgent bookings (under 3 hours): +40%
    • Very urgent bookings (under 1 hour): +70%
  • All surcharges are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.
  • A 5% discount is applied when booking a round trip.
  • Meet & Greet service is available for an additional $10.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows (failure to appear at the pickup location) are non-refundable.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
  • Provide accurate flight details for airport pickups so we can track your flight.
  • Inform us of any special requirements (child seats, extra luggage, wheelchair access) at the time of booking.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the transfer.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

6. Our Responsibilities

  • We commit to providing a clean, air-conditioned vehicle and a professional, licensed driver.
  • We monitor flights and adjust pickup times for early or delayed arrivals at no extra cost.
  • In the event we cannot fulfill a booking, we will arrange an alternative vehicle or provide a full refund.
  • Driver wait time is included: 60 minutes for airport pickups, 15 minutes for other locations.

7. Payment

  • Payment can be made in cash to the driver in USD, EUR, GBP, or TND.
  • Online payment is available via Stripe (credit/debit card).
  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

8. Luggage

  • Each vehicle type has a maximum luggage capacity listed on our website.
  • If your luggage exceeds the capacity of the selected vehicle, a larger vehicle may be required at an additional cost.
  • Oversized items (surfboards, bicycles, etc.) must be declared at the time of booking.

9. Liability

All our drivers are professionally licensed and insured. Tunisia Private Transfer is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle as quickly as possible.
